"Delivery took almost a week..."
The package arrived almost a week late, and the caviar was totally unfit to eat. Olmas just turned down the delivery of the product. I requested a speedy replacement since it was a crucial gift. They said no. I was left high and dry, even after shelling out a ridiculous amount for next-day shipping.
